Refund Policy

Our Promise
Every piece from Ayesha's Artisan Studio is made entirely by hand, just for you. Because each order is crafted to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We believe in transparency, so we want you to be fully informed before you order.
Manufacturing Defects & Damage
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement piece or a full refund at our discretion. Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or exposure to chemicals or prolonged moisture is not covered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- All made-to-order and standard collection pieces (all of our products)
- Custom and personalized orders
- Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use
- Items purchased during sale events
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has entered production. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@ayeshasartisan.com with your order number and details. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
