Shipping & Returns

Production Time

All items are made to order. Standard production time is 5–14 business days, depending on the piece. You will receive email updates as your item progresses.

Shipping (US Only)

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard USPS shipping takes 3–7 business days after production is complete. Priority shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "My Orders."

Returns & Refunds

Because every piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.
